from the pic you can see it. the rear is stiff but still twisting and unloading. stock rear springs and a good arb or a spohn sway bar. my 3800 pounder will go 1.50 60 foot all day on radials.
what you cant see in the pic is whether or not it "jerked" the front and unloaded the rear,or if it came up steady.

what you can see in the pic is the left rear tire compressed and the right rear about to unload. ive gone 1.48 on motor in a 3800 pound car on radials, ive been thru some trial and error.

ok,so it unloaded from not enough right rear weight? or was it from the shock of the front travel coming up too fast and jerking on the travel limit?
there are some things you just cant see in a still frame picture.
my junk went 1.34 on junk tires also, with just an airbag and stock springs. i dont proclaim to know everything,or anything for that matter. just think a vid of the car DOES help with getting the dude in the right track.

i didnt say a vid wouldnt show anything i was just saying what i can see in the pic. its not the lack of weight in the right rear. as power is applied in a four link car the rleft rear is planted and the right rear is actually driven up into the fenderwell. the tire is actually jerked up causing it to unload. a swy bar or arb taked the energy being placed on the left rear and transfers it to the right rear as well keeping both tires planted. its pretty clear in the pic the left rear is planted and the right rear is about to come unglued.

With that power you should be well in the 10's. Make sure your jet extentions are not interfering with the the float drop. When you leave off the brake are you using a rev limiter - pedal to the metal? If you are you are loosing the effect of the accelerator pump and squirts. Are you running a vac sec carb?? Just some thoughts.

You all have been an awesome help i believe now it is truly in the suspension , i use trans brake to the floor jet extensions are in with notched floats, too bad i figured out tonight why i ran only a 11.4 sunday with a new 1300 dollar worked and flowed carb , I filled the engine with coolant!!! going to pull the head tomorrow......hope it is a head gasket....... kills me brand new motor with 12 passes on it well it was fun while it lasted..... know with ur guys help on suspension and the new carb it was def going to be where it was suppose to this week near the 10.7 range........ if all goes well and just a head gasket, ill throw it back together this week, then this winter im putting trunk and doors in fiberglass on the car....lets see what next year brings p.s. anyone want to put there name on the side of my car all i need is a few bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
