Ditto on an Edelbrock 600, at least that's what I have... $25 from the junkyard I worked at many years ago, haven't touched it in years (except when I've installed/removed it) and it's been very good to me. With the current engine/cam I think it's running slightly rich at cruise, but that's likely because I haven't tuned it... when I had it on the 305 it ran great. It still runs great on a ~375hp 350.

i have had great luck with the holley street avengers 550 cfm..bolt on, set the idle, drive...runs great doesnt load up..electric choke..very nice!

My Edelbrock has been good, idle and cruise seem to be slightly rich, though it doesn't load up at all even sitting in stop & go traffic.

I'd have to assume the same thing. My 750 was too small for mine

I bet throttle response off idle is nice and fuel economy is good :lol: I was a little surprised when I plugged 6000 max rpm and 350 ci into Holley's carb estimator and it only gave me 600cfm.

I'd have to assume the same thing. My 750 was too small for mine

i DD it alot... with 2.41 gears and shifting @ 2500rpm i will be doing 75 by the end of most on-ramps and havent even cracked the secondaries (which will open at ~2400rpm @ wot). if power line on the dynop graph was seamless i would have over 400lbft by 2300rpm all the way out to 3700rpm

i can cruise at 1700rpm and not lugg the engine and accel with out getting in the enrichemnt side of the primaries jets
oh yeah mpg is really close to 20 runing 75 on the freeway :mrgreen:

i put a 750 on it while back... anything under 2000rpm it was a dogg sluggish unrepsonsive just not fun to drive... once above 2500 it ran like a rapped ape... but i spend 95% of my time below 2500

drag racing... yeah deff toooo small...
