drop spindals on a 78 bu

i have a 78 bu and i got a set of s10drop spindals will thay fit with out changing ball joints and will my roters and calapers work ? any info will help thanks

I know the spindles and breaks etc are all different on the 78... you might have to change them over to the 79and up style to work...

I know you will have to change rotors and inner/ outer bearings to 79 up style. Good news is those are cheaper than the 78 only deals

I don't remember if the calipers can be reused or not

thanks alot men i figgerd i need to do that well i put 2 in lowerring springs on the frount so i think it will set all right
when i got the car it had a set of springs that was 16 1/2 in tall what would this come out of the top a frame was setting on the frame thats with a 350 in it i like of never got thim out and thay are so stiff u coulnt push the car down
