I have a 454 in my 78 grand prix, i cant find a heater bypass hose (the little hose that goes from the waterpump to the intake manifold) to fit the new summit stage 3 manifold, can i eliminate it and still run my heater, this is a street driven car. Thanks in advance :-k
there is no such thing as a dumb question when you dont know or not sure about something, its always best to ask than to not and get it wrong but to answer your question you can just plug them off and you should be ok.
Ok i will try it everybody around here insists that you need the bypass, i dont remember my small block haveing one and you sure as hell dont need em on a race car. Thanks for the reply 
well i have mine's plugged off and its been like that for many, many years and it never overheated or gave me any problems
YESSSSSS I do and it works super fine, shiddd sometimes i think it works too dam good but it feels like the devil is on the passenger side riding shotgun lol_sign.gif
