Energy suspension help!!

So I bought the master kit for the bu. I got the fronts all figured out. But for the rear control arm, these thrust washers got me scratching my head. I can't figure out where they go. As dumb as that sounds. Lol. Maybe someone could post up a picture of how it fits in the control arm, that would be great. I feel like a "donkey" asking this but I'm jus plain old confused.

i did this once on a friends car but for the life of me i cant remember but i did find this on their website hope it helps

Thanks. But that's the same picture that confused me. I know the first sequence is for g bodies. But there illustration is horrible.

Anyone got some insight for me??

Looks to me like the thrust washer slips on the outside of the bushing (on the side of the bushing without the flange)as you bolt the control arm in the car.

Install the bushings just like the stock one was installed. On the frame end, hold the appropriate thrust washer on the outside of the bushing as you slip the control arm back into the car and slip the bolt through. On the rear end housing end, hold the appropriate trust washer in place as you slip the control arm over the bushing and install the bolt.

Looks like they want the thrust washers installed on the inside of all bushings (the side of the bushing facing the center of the car).
