Iron eagle 215's pro's and con's

Hello all , i'm a bit of a newbe here and have been out of it for a while and am just getting back into racing , always ran a chevy and recently got a great deal on a project 80 malibu that i'm currently building a motor for. i recently got a good deal on some bare castings for my motor and what i got are some dart iron eagle 215 platinum series heads with 2.05/ 1.60's . any body that has used these got any input good or bad?? these heads are going on a 383 stroker with a big mechanical roller cam. Just looking to get some input

Should work good.

Good choice should work well with a big cam. What cc chambers did you get? straight or angle port? Use the recomended gaskets for intake and exhaust.

Make sure your headers you get will fit angle port heads.

I have an older set of 215 Iron Eagles that I used for about 4 years on a 350. Worked great. I recently went through and freshened them up and I will also be putting them on a 388.
