What I am looking at is a 6.0l with harness, all accesseries, computer, and 4l80e transmission for $2500.00. Motor is out of a 2006 van with 15000 miles on it.

sounds ok.. are you getting the DBW pedal and all? i found an 01 6.0 and 4l80 local to me for 1400 higher mileage one.. minus wiring but not a big deal to me..

I forgot to ask about the DBW pedal? I still may go with a 5.3 they are a little more plentiful.
