Yes, the straight fork works in the 15000 and 15015.

In the Malibu, you need the 15015 so that the pocket in the fork aligns with the lower pushrod properly.

That's my thought. When I get a high performance trans, if it has a traditional bolt pattern I'll probably step up to this just so it's not something to change down the road.

Hey Guys,
I thought it was the 15015 for i think the 82/83 camaro with mechanical linkage,it also has a dual bolt pattern,Muncie/Super T10
and the tilted pattern for the Camaro T5,I was planning on getting one of these sometime before I start making any real power as I've seen what can happen when a clutch/flywheel let loose,wasn't my car,no injury,but wasn't pretty!! Thanks,KillerDave

It's just a shame it's not drilled for the T-56 too :lol: It'd be a dead-ringer for me then.

adapters are available to mate a T56 to a normal GM bellhousing.

Yep, I know about them, this would just make it slightly easier, one less part to add. Plus with the adapter you have to have an LS motor input shaft, otherwise where the pilot bushing rides doesn't have enough/any surface.
