Bluebu, these are the plates i used for my swap. Shane was very easy to deal with and the plates are REALLY nice. also included was all the hardware.

Yup read that thread quite a few times. Ordered up my set of black painted Pacesetters Sunday evening. I'm going to be using the BRP mounts instead of the adjustable ones.
