Are the water pumps interchangeable for the 4.8, 5.3, 5.7, and 6.0? I have a complete 98' 5.7 ls1 from a Trans-Am and I want to use the truck style water pump for the purpose of not wanting to run electric fans. Does anyone know if this is possible?

should be the same, I know guys that switch to a car one for the added room for a car intake/ TB, just make sure you get the right truck one, they made 2, one will use the thermostat and one uses the one piece stat-gooseneck.
I dont think the pulleys come off all the pumps. So you have to space the accesories to match everything. I do have a truck pump, and balancer I think I went to car stuff for a cleaner look in my car.. well if it ever gets in it anyway.
