If you're willing to spend the $$, these HID's are one of the best I've seen. They're real Phillips projectors, not just an HID bulb in an H4 reflector.

No, Doob, the website claims its"bi-xenon" high/low. They also have an HID/incandescant low/high direct replacement # X6054 that looks more like a tradition sealed beam.

Those look a bit better... I like the clear/euro look most but I'd live with the regular incandescent look if I went HID. I was looking through the site and found them, but the picture size leaves something to be desired Another thing I noticed is they come with an H3 instead of H4 (probably for size), but I'd imagine since it's a common size you could up the wattage if you really wanted to 8) Not sure if it would impact housing integrity at all though.

I'm guessing you could contact Osram/Sylvania and they could help you out, looks like most vendors just sell the entire kit.
