NO BRAKE FLUID PRESSURE ???'S

I have a 1978 Monte Carlo and replaced one of the wheel cylinders and one rusted brake line on the pass side and when I open the wheel cylinder that I replaced it leaks fluid like it is suppose to but the drivers side wheel cylinder will not leak(bleed fluid) and with the car up on stands the drivers side wheel will not stop when the brakes are applied and I'm also getting grinding sounds when the car stops on the street from that wheel,ANY HELP.THANKS :( :( :(

you need to pull that brake hub and invastigate the condition of the brakes and springs etc.
then start working your way back to master cylinder to see were fluid does flow
