How many of you have or have had a noisy roller rocker setup? I have read push-rods and valve cover construction are the major culprits.

sounds like mine just did, and the cam was shot. take the valve covers off, take the coil wire off and turn the motor over to see if all the rockers are moving.
Sounds like you have a lot of lash - Pull the covers and check your lash I'm sure its excessive on some. Then find why - rocker, push rod, lifter, rocker stud, cam as 81 said or just loose adjustment.
