i got one from them, along with the drum brake kit and the control arm relocation brackets, just a stock center section with richmond gears and a spool

mine bolt'd in perfect, it was pit'd a bit though . over all I am very please'd with it . my only complaint is that chose Lincon dics brake's and now has turn'd to expencive !

if i was to order a new rear end i would definately order one from quick performance. they sound like they are well worth the money and they are close to me, only like 4 hours so i would save $$ on shipping!! \:D/

And is also mandated on some very quick/high HP cars, not just circle jerks.

A floater housing uses a wheel hub/carrier with a splined input hole. Your axles are then splined on the end rather than flanged, and the wheel is now supported by the housing, rather than stressing the axle in the vertical plane. Puts less stress on the axle, and makes it a lot harder to lose a wheel in the event that you break an axle.
