Hmmm. Electric clutch on it correct? Wonder if the bearing is is starting to fail in the PTO clutch. It's not replaceable by itself, have to replace the whole clutch. Ouch! I hope not!
Wow, never seen a zero turn without an electric PTO clutch...the engine only has one set of holes it can be mounted in? Then maybe check the idler, usually they are mounted on a slotted hole in their arm to adjust belt tension when it's engaged.
The engine mounts are slotted with an adjuster at the back of the frame. I did not touch the adjuster, so the engine should be more or less where it was before. I drew circles around the washers before taking it out, and the washers seem to be in the same place as before.
This manual is close, but I am not sure it is identical to mine.
