I have a 1978 Monte Carlo and replaced a leaking wheel cylinder on the pass. side along with a rusted out brake line also replaced brake shoes on both sides, with the car up on jack stands and car in gear I can press gas pedal and I can see that the drivers side tire will not stop when the brakes are applied,I opened up the bleeder screw on the drivers side and there is no fluid leaking out like on the pass. side and also when driving there is like a grinding noise coming from the drivers side wheel when I come to a stop,ANY HELP :( :( :(

Sounds like a worn out or wet set of shoes on that side. How much did you bleed the new line & wheel cylinder?
