has anyone ever adapted the rear disc brakes from a 9c1 caprice. i have a 1996 that i had as a parts car for my impala ss. now that the impala is gone i will be junking the caprice. if i could make stuff work on my grand national rear i would.
thanks!

Never thought about it, other than the wheel bolt pattern being bigger, I'm not sure what else is different. I haven't had an opportunity to diesect one of those brake systems.

Z/28 brakes

I have all the rear disc brake parts from an 83 Z/28 except the prop valve. I've read this thread, and since I already have all the other parts on hand, I'm going to use them. Where can I find the proportion valve? The donor car is long gone.
Thanks,
Ronny

Get a Disc/Disc combo valve from Master Power Brakes. It's a bolt-in and it's set up nicely for a G-body with 4 wheel discs.
