SBC 400 .60 OVER ???"S

what are you goign to do with the block? comp or DD engine..

i got a sbc that is .080 over i wouldnt have a problem runing a 9-9.5: engine ina dailer beater

It will be a street car engine,no track time.

My 400 was .40 over and had no issues. Had it machined to .60 over after a missed gear and have never put it back together (still sitting in the engine bag from the machine shop form like 7 years ago) but I wouldnt hesitate to run it at .60 over on the street. Like someone mentioned you make sure you got a fan shroud and you should be ok.
