stall converter questions.

so i just ruined my convereter, not really, but its junk now. does anyone know of a company that can build me a converter? heres my problem, the engine makes about 150 hp on motor, and i need a converter to stall to 3000 on a footbrake so the turbo can spool up. but the converter also needs to lockup at like 4000 so when im running down the track its not slipping to like 5500 under full boost. im lost and about ready to give up. ](*,)

im running a powerglide. the transmission shop here in billings that built my converter got it back this morning,they said the spragg is broke, for the third time. so im going to try spraggless. maybe itll work, i guess i never heard of going spraggless. any thoughts you guys?
