Stock rear swaybar

Is there a difference in the mounting hole spacing on the stock sway bars? under vs behind the diff?
I have after market control arms and the mounting on the arms is 6" vs the 5.5" on the stock bar.
or is there an adaptor out there to make up the difference? (just a thought)

The sway bar mounting holes should be 5.5" center to center for G-bodies.

Never heard of any kind of adapters.

Sounds like you have the wrong sway bar.

sway bar is stock and bolted direct to stock lowers.

Looks like you need to contact the manufacturer of the control arms and ask them why they didn't make them to accept OEM sway bars.

I'd like to see a picture of this.I've seen the behind the diff sway bar on one of misfit's cars before so i don't think it's a sway bar issue so much.

The question is about bolt spacing, not location or shape.

oh ok i get ya i thought the shape was in question too,it does seem odd.i'd like to hear what the out come is.
