I've had a few cooks on my DIY UDS smoker. Here's a few samples:



baby back ribs



Boston butt cooking on the smoker.



Pulled pork from the Boston butt.



Chicken



Chicken plated up with the wife's potato salad, slaw and red beans and rice with sausage from the smoker. Yum!

Our grill gets used all year round, just more in good weather. We did Mangalitsa bacon burgers the other day.
