MMM, more info I guess? are they fender well headers or do they hang low?
height issues aren't usually a problem as long as the front tires aren't taller than the rear. :lol:

ive got a 185 65 or somethin close to that, i cant remember for sure, on a 4 inch wide wheel, and car sits Low in the front, headers are about 3 1/2 off the ground... gotta watch out for road kill haha
