Water getting in cab

I may have found the leak behind the driver's seat. In the "trunk" area the seam on the side was missed with sealer. It was run down beside it but not on the seam itself like on the passenger's side. I'll know after the next rain and I'll update for future reference.

Got a good rain last night and behind the driver's seat is still dry. I'm going to seal around the heater box and check the mentioned water barrier then update later for future searchers.

I had the same issues last year, and it turned out to be 2 things. #1 was right by the bottom corners of the windshield, and #2 was a factory hole where the firewall and the door jamb meet, pretty much between the 2 door hinges. Both were caused by 30 year old seam sealer. FYI for anyone else looking for hints. :)
