after putting 600 miles on the car in the last two years I decided it was time to fix the small persistent oil leaks. Changed the pan gasket, valve cover gaskets, fuel pump block off and oil sending unit. Once everything was back together I kept seeing a small leak coming from the timing cover. After fiddling around with the timing pointer, thread sealant and different bolts we finally found the Cloyes timing cover had a crack along the flange ](*,) Starting to think my pan was never leaking now..... At least today was my birthday and my wife gave me a summit gift card.

Gonna roll Madge out of the garage and wash her. Getting a little dusty. Again...

... and hear... :)

Today I thought about rolling it up onto the cement pad outside my parents' extra garage. Right now it has a lot of their stuff hauled from their MI house. The clutch has issues, even if it's fully depressed, it feels like the pressure plate fingers are bending. Sometimes it will randomly grab like I just sidestepped the clutch... it has about 2500 miles on it now. Aside from that there are a couple other things I need to do before driving it again, but that's priority #1. I really want to swap a T5 in though.
