Drove the turbo car to work the other day...found out somehow the lower alternator bolt snapped. Yay

Playing around with the 1uz figuring out the game plan for the turbos. Hopefully it will all fit in the malibu

Did this to fix where the rust monster installed a rear window defroster than blew my back window out...

Gave it a bath, and added an electric w/s washer pump

My series 78 Delco 600 cca has been acting up last year or so . Took it in to have
it checked out and came home with an Interstate with 1000 cca, man my car
has never started this good!
Bonus was my horns work now too!

Did its semi-weekly startup. We're in the process of getting the floor done for a pole barn, so hopefully in the next few months I can finally get back to work on it

Discovered that a previous owner had put a screw with a chunk of heater hose as a gasket in the fuel tank lower corner...apparently to stop a pinhole leak. So yeah, ordered a new tank after discovering another weepy spot next to it.

Weird part....I have owned it a week shy of a year, and it never leaked or dripped until yesterday. Looked like the rubber just rotted away from the fuel. Who knows how long it would have lasted if they had used fuel hose.

None the less, new tank coming :thumbsup:
