Well here is my situation. I have a 402 big block, 4.10 gears and a th350. My problem is that I have high RPMS while I drive. My question is what can I do with the setup I have. I do not have money to buy a 200r4 that is built. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Theres only 3 things that you can do to lower your RPMs
1. Overdrive trans
2. Taller rear tires
3. Numerically lower rear gear (ie. 3.42's)

Yeah, 'bout the quickest and easiest option is a taller rear tire...

Thanks guys. Well just for the record I am going to stick with what I have for right now. Also thanks for the idea of a taller tire. I will try that once my other tires die or I need new ones.

A tire a couple inches taller will certainly help, but a gear change or overdrive trans will make the biggest difference.
