Hey all, first post here. I picked up a '79 Malibu drag roller that already had the solid mounts on the frame. I put my engine in today (SBC) but it doesn't seem right. For the engine side, I bought a pair of Moroso 62515, but I think the engine is sitting too high. While I haven't measured, I also seem to have a steep down angle at the back of the trans too.

Can anyone confirm the correct engine side to use?

Thanks,

-Dave

The truck engine-side mounts are taller than the passenger car engine-side mounts.
Moroso makes a few different height engine-side mounts:
62500
62510
62515
62530

Dimensions are provided, but no picture showing what is being dimensioned. Perhaps you can measure yours and figure out what dimensions are being cited. If I were to guess, I think you would need the short ones.

I bought the 62510. If the diagram and my math are correct, they should be 5/32" shorter than the 62515. I hope to get them swapped soon.
