That would be correct :) I wouldn't doubt the frame has some rot and it's sitting a hair lower due to body mount bushings sitting down in the frame, but it can't be more than ½" or so.

I'm using Hotchkis 1902 springs with Belltech 2" spindles on mine, used stock replacement shocks. Tires are 205/60/15 iirc. Some have also just cut portions of a coil out of the original springs to lower it. If you do it to the rear just make sure the open portion is up, I've also read...
