    3100 Tuned Port T5

I don't know if it's 60º or not, but in the future you could maybe swap in one of those 300hp 3.6L v6s they put in the new CTS... that sucker would rip then ;)

    Radio Wireing

I had a feeling when I saw that 2-wire connector. Could you get a better pic of what the other connector looks like?

    F41

I'm not sure if they're all classified as F41 braces, but there are: Braces from the engine crossmember to the front of the frame just behind the bumper X-brace that bolts to the radiator support in front of the radiator Underhood braces from the core support to fender, and from the fender to...

    Radio Wireing

The orange is likely battery, I'm not positive on the brown. The other wire I'm having trouble figuring out what the connector looks like. Does that radio have a digital display/tuner?

Re: Another small update - 11-29-08 Very cool :D I wouldn't mind doing a setup like that with weather pack connectors.

Is it this one... http://www.garage-scene.com/ If so, he's a member on this board ;)

    3100 Tuned Port T5

The reason I metioned the TBI tank/sender from a Monte is the fact that it's bolt-in. If the motor is multi-port, you could just put that pump in the Monte sending unit (though I would take this opportunity to put a new one in since they're a pain to change). I'm not sure what the clutch...

    3100 Tuned Port T5

If you swap it into a 'Bu, get a TBI tank from a Monte, I don't know if those are TBI or multi port, just get the correct pump, make sure to run a return line, and it shouldn't be too hard of a swap. You probably won't see the mpg you did in the Camaro though since the 'Bu isn't quite as...

time for 78 to go under the knife 6.0 lq4

Also don't forget with the T-56 swap you'll either need to change it over to a mechanical drive for the speedo (not sure if those are available for T-56s, but I'd imagine they are), or get an electronic speedometer.

adapter mounts, different manifolds/headers since the truck manifolds don't clear, a different bellhousing because the one on Summit is 168-tooth and the G-Body bellhousing is 153-tooth (aftermarket = a few hundred more $$$), the z-bar may or may not clear the exhaust on the LS motor, so you may...

    GN steering gear...

Are they a quick ratio box? Found one on Craigslist that's supposed to have nothing wrong with it... $25 shrug.gif Kinda makes me wonder if nothing was really wrong with it. http://detroit.craigslist.org/pts/910774491.html

    bonded metal panels

I've been rearended twice, both with the same type of damage :x It looks so minor, and cheap to fix, but then you get the bill... $$$$$

    8.8 rear swap geometry

True... they're the tires that were on the wheels when I got 'em... I think they're 205/60s.

    LS Swap update

It would be cheaper going carbed, but probably not by much. You'd have to get the carb (obviously), the intake/coil controller set is something around $600 alone, plus you would probably need to plumb the fuel system slightly different than EFI. On EFI you'd have everything, could use a stock...

    8.8 rear swap geometry

The car is outside almost where I took this picture, covered in snow :P Do you have a guess where it might be? I think the frame isn't more than 7" off the ground, if that.

    8.8 rear swap geometry

How low are we talking? Mine sits pretty low.

Did you use BRP mounts with the Pacesetters 406bu?
