    turbo kit

It may just be the turbos, I haven't read much on 'em... if that's the case though you could see about getting the kit without the turbo, and substitute a quality brand turbo... will probably drive the cost up quite a bit, but it'll be peace of mind :)

    Muncie 4 speed....speedo cable question

Is it called that too? I thought the threads on my new 4-speed may have been different... turns out it was just paint on the threads  :x

    Electrical prob!

Do you have any extra accessories (aftermarket radio/parts, etc.)? How about the alternator?

    install'n a radio ???

! I put in & took out more radios in the '88 I had than you could shake a stick at :P The '92 I'll be pullin' back out (unfortunately they're a breeze to take out) sometime to run new signal cabling for the amp.

    install'n a radio ???

Is the original radio still in it? You can pick up a plug-in harness for '88+ GM vehicles, and just match the colors on the new radio to the adapter harness. All the connections will be to the main part of the radio down below the dash (look near where the ashtray sits). If that's all been...

    Muncie 4 speed....speedo cable question

I would imagine you can switch the speedo gear housing between the two. Far as the gears are there will possibly be a different pitch if the drive gear on the output shaft has a different number of teeth.

    Hurst shifter rebuild?

I didn't take enough pictures, but here is the album if anyone's interested in the inner workings of a Hurst (probably any other similar) shifter. Any questions, just ask, it's not a very complicated setup :D http://s302.photobucket.com/albums/nn117/Skinner12082/Hurst%20rebuild/

    Hurst shifter rebuild?

Yeah, I finally just said screw it this afternoon and did it  There was probably 25+ years worth of crud & crap in there. It's not all super pretty clean-lookin', but all the rust is gone where it matters, and everything's lubed back up. I took several pictures (not enough I don't think...

    Exhaust Video's

Funny thing is I have the exact same light... same clamp, everything  I'm a little concerned with how loud mine is gonna be now... I got the system with Race Pros

    Hurst shifter rebuild?

 I think I've taken the shifter rods off & reinstalled them about 10 times the past few days working on making sure everything clears (1-2 rod had some minor interference the reverse rod :?). Summit does have bushing/spring clip packs available in both nylon & steel (thought about...

    7.5 POSI ???

Yup yup. I was considering a 26-spline posi for this year, but after adding everything up that I've already spent it's just not in the budget. A 28-spline will come when I go through the rearend with new seals & whatnot :)

Spherical rod ends vs. urethane vs. rubber bushings

If you're just looking for something fairly cheap, take a look at DCA Racing's site (www.dcaracing.com). They sell tubular stock G-Body-length control arms for a good price. I'm not positive they have mounts for the rear sway bar, but it's worth asking shrug.gif You'll need to download the...

    Hurst shifter rebuild?

Has anyone rebuilt their Hurst shifter? I know Hurst has the rebuild program, but I'm just looking to take mine apart and clean it, I'm not about to spend $150+ to have it done right now. I've tried looking for exploded views of the shifter assembly, but haven't found any. Mine is a...

I definitely think I'm going with a set of Delalums wherever I can

Need a STOCK suspension rebuild kit F&R

If you can find out the spring rate of aftermarket drop springs, you can probably find a Moog part that matches it fairly closely, then get a good pair of sway bars. I didn't rebuild the entire suspension, got the few parts I needed from Autozone  If a full kit (bushings, etc.) are what...

Yeah, I wouldn't use spacers/clamps on a spring if you paid me to.

My guess is you'd probably be happy with either. I'm not personally a huge fan of digital just because I like the analog look.

ANY BODY HEAR OF SPOHN PERFORMANCE ? SUSPENSION PARTS

I seem to see the name associated quite a bit with F-Bodies, but have also started seeing them have stuff for G-Bodies as well.

    3spd. shifter adjustment

There's a minor chance that it could have something to do with the shifting mechanism inside the trans (synchros, etc.), but there is adjustment on the shifter arm itself. Look at where the rod connects to the shifter (not the selector on the trans case side), and there should be a pair of nuts...
