Hey i'm installing a 81 grandprix dash into my 81 malibu and i need to know how to wire it in, thanks
Don't know if this is exactly what you need, but here is a link to dash pinouts:

You may need to use the wiring harness from the GP dash if you also plan on using the GP gauges. However, if you're able to come by a GP wiring diagram, that might help you retrofit the dash and gauges using the Malibu harness..
Unless of course you plan to use aftermarket gauges. Then you pretty much have to fashion your own wiring harness for the gauges.
