I got 4 SST wheels with he solid cener the excact size i wanted for 5 dollars each at a junk yard. The wheels are functionaly perfect but are covered in rust. i know getting a center cap is easy but can the center solid piece that looks to bolt to the wheel, seems to be a thin tin or something, can you buy those seperate or new bolts?

i have a set, they are chrome. If you think it looks like tin it means the chrome is peeling off.
actually there is a thin piece of metal that is the face of the wheel, that is what i am refering to. It looks ltke tha is what those bolts are holding down. Can it be removed? and i cannot get those bolts out. they just spin. do they come out?
