Frame patch panels?

Does anyone make patch panels for the frame? My body mount hole under the pass front corner is gone. I need to repair the section and didn't know if anyone made a panel for it? I was just going to weld in an oversized washer.

Thanks, but I don't think that's big enough. Looks to be just about where the rot on mine ends. The entire bushing will easily slide right through on mine.

When I did my chevelle, I used a hole saw to cut a piece of steel large enough, then after I welded it in, I drilled the hole for the bolt.
