Easiest thing if you can't find one may be to just pick up an external 3½" drive.

That, or find someone with a 3½" drive (I happen to have one, but it's way up in MI in a parts bin) and a CD burner, they should be able to copy the files on the floppy to CD.

You should also put a check valve before the pump to keep fuel in the line it sound like the fuel is draining back to the tank. Is this a new build or did you have it running and now it doesnt? Have you checked to see that you have fire and check to see if the injectors are firing.

25# cranking sounds like the fuel pump is not getting the amps it needs when the starter is turning.
Check the ground paths and battery cables for good connections.
Might need a high torque starter if draws down that hard just to keep the voltage up for the fuel pump and ECM.
