They used 2 different syle lines in the Malibus one like Bill's and one like these

and excuse the orange breather it was the day I got the car lol

I bought them from a member here. He pulled them from a mid 80's Monte SS. My condenser is from a 79 Pontiac wagon.

If doober can post engine pics from his truck, I figure so can I. Picked this breather up at the swap meet today. New for $20, sounds like a winner to me. The lid is upside down because the rod is about 1/2 inch too short. I will probably be painting it crinkle black any way so I don't really care.

If you notice, I shortened the factory breather hose and installed it to the fitting on the bottom of the new air cleaner

For give all the dust on the engine. I just got the truck back from the body shop.

I have the wire looms, haven't installed them yet.

That lid upside down may turn into a bird bath in the rain.

I wouldn't do it to my other truck, but this one still has all the seals on the hood and firewall. Time will tell though.

Thats what mine looked like this past weekend, i swear i have another intake manifold oil leak iam going to weld it to the block :lol:
