i think i'm getting it, but if i'm wrong correct me.
its just a reverse mounting, like, it gets flipped over pretty much, the blades dont rotate in the reverse direction
....?

It is a different blower. You can't take a standard rotation blower and turn it around and spin it backwards like this setup is.

Reverse vs. standard rotation just defines which direction you mount it (which direction the engine turns it). As far as manufacturer I won't attempt that one.

How many Vortechs or Paxtons do you see on anything other than kits to fit newer factory setups?

Some of the Vortech stuff is comparable to the smaller Procharger units, but that's about it. They're really in a different league, especially when it comes to support and options.
