I just installed my moser 9 inch in my 81 malibu, i know that the breather hole is where you put the junction block to split the two brake lines, but i dont know what part number or model ford vehicle to order it from? anybody know where to get this rubber hose that has the brass connector on the end?

I used the stock style braided rear line & the original junction block. I made a bracket to mount the block to one of the carrier bolts in a location similar to the stock spot. I'll try to get a picture later If I have some time. We have people coming over today.

i did the same thing Tommy did.i got that block when i picked up a new set of braided hoses.i recall my stock rubber hose had a similar block so it should work.as for the bracket i just welded a stud to a 90degree stainless bracket and attached it to the carrier like Tommy said.
