Slip yoke for transmission

My old yoke is in the scrap yard unfortunately...

This is why I choose to use local driveshaft companies. Any problems just take it back and get it fixed in a few hours. Just my non needed information.

Turns out they got a shitty batch of yokes. My new one should be here Wednesday.

Were the splines jacked up?

I don;t know what the actual problem with the yoke is, but other guys have run into the same problem.

I'm guessing it's a taper or bulge in the tube that I can;t see.
