Ok, i do realize my tires are a bit smal (215/70/15)l, & there reg. street radials, but i did notice the rake on my car is off quit a bit, it sits up alot higher in the rear, the butt end just feels light, very light, its a 78 cutlass, are there any suspention tricks that help? I'm going to try some spring clamps in the rear so i can lower it, should transfer weight better, maybe that will help & NO i'm not going to throw sacks of feed over the axles or find a heefer to weight it down [-X

I would say different springs if you want to lower it. I have traction issues too but I also have a peg-leg. Clamping the springs will cause it to ride rougher because once you compress what coils aren't clamped, those clamped coils have stored energy and will ride stiffer.

I've thought about cutting a ring off the springs, but i'm now looking for some decent tires, so if anyone has any for a good price, PM me, I'm looking for either 255/60/15s or 27" DRs or QTPs & such.
