I picked up an intercooler dirt cheap, nice size, but it only has 2.5" in and outlets, the turbo only has a 2.25" inside diameter outlet so do you guys think this will be ok for the small amount of boost I want to run, most guys run the 3" inlet and outlet from what Ive seen>>>>?? paid 60.00 brand new.

i think you will be ok with the 2-1/2 piping that is what i have ran on my talon and i have pushed 20 plus psi through it i am going to run 3 inch on my bu for the simple fact i have a ton of it laying around. i got my blow through holley 650 in and my EV carb hat here are some pics of them.

dam that is looking good i havnt got a chance to work on mine yet got to get her home before i can start it sucks lol so i am just getting every thing together did your turbo come with the vband flange and clamp

might want to see were buschmec got his his i got raped when i had my down pipe made couse they are off size vband flange the guy told me he had to custum make my flange ??? becouse he couldn't find the right size out this way.
