I thinking of putting in a cam in my boo. Can anyone give me advice on the cam I should get? Iam considering the lunati voodoo cam and looking closely at the cams summit offers for less than a hundered bucks. Any advice out there?

Voodoo cams are good. I would go to Chevelles.com and ask UDharold for cam recommendation. He is the one that designed the Voodoo line of cams

I have a 74 vette 350 with edelbrock carb and a intake, headers on a worked 350 trans. Tryin to get hp on a cheap. dont have enough to do the whole engine, so I figured I put a cam kit in it.

he has the infamous "vette motor" just stick a 3/4 cam in it. all joking aside either choice wouldn't be bad... i can't remember who makes the summit stuff but it a name brand company

Same cam I have in mine. Nice idle, smooth strong power band. I do wish I went with the next bigger one though.... Maybe next time i tear the engine out and rebuild it..

the summit cams are decent but the voodoo line make way more power i ran the 488/510 summit cam and it was good as long as the car could leave at 3000rpms are better but the voodoo cams take less conveter to run i switched to the 525/546 voodoo cam and my car picked up almost two tenths at the track
