I have mine torn apart now, and have the bottom holes in the housing ends drilled. I'm going to cut them and drill the other holes tomorrow. I hate fooling with a rear end, it ruins too many good grease rags lol.

South side bars upper and lower, CE adj drag shocks, stock coils with an air bag on the right side.
It almost turned into an ordeal. I broke one of the factory shims, took another rear apart for the shims in it, found another shim from another project. Ended up using one of the shims from the rear I took apart and set the one I found up on a lathe and took 0.030 off of it to get the backlash right and proper load on the spool bearings. It's done now, and it was worth the time. The car feels smoother and tighter now.
PS: anyone about to put C clip eliminators on a Metric rear, they are not fun.
