Spent the day carving pumpkins and lounging with the kids...it's been raining since 6 AM, and the garage where my wagon is doesn't have electricity, so I have to push it out to work on it. I hope tomorrow is better...
Tried to take the Monte to the Menard's Chevy Show at Gateway yesterday, but the car was mad at me for neglecting it most of the summer. Started backfiring on the highway so I turned around and grabbed another vehicle.
Installed a pain in the A** "strange" master cylinder. And push rod. What a pain. Still not done. Can someone help me with this front brake line. Where it connects to master cylinder. The male flared fitting is bigger the female whole on the master cylinder. HELP ME. PLEASE
Honestly besides the hole that doesn't look awful bad... doesn't look like it's made its way to the rocker panels or the rear floor crossmember/mounts area.
I put the jackstands in again. Removed the bolts from the fan shroud and flex plate cover. Drained the oil. Jacked up the engine pulled the bolts out of the motor mounts. Jacked it up more then put the bolts back in.
