1979 malibu headers for bbc

can anyone help me with this project? its a 79 malibu , it had a small block previously and i purchased it as a roller- i have thge 400 turbo w/ transbrake and a 496 bbc- i was told to get the hooker headers but they wont fit- i am using solid mounts by moroso- ive already trimmed the area of the lower control arm and cut the bolt down in lenght. i am tryingf to make a 1/4 mile runner. any help will be greatly appreciated.

the headers i was told to buy were the hooker 2241- they do not fit
