Update. After asking AGAIN AND AGAIN if he hooked everything up correctly, I had the zany idea that the starter was not hooked up correctly. Turns out he had the solenoid wire on the "R" terminal instead of "S". After pokin his ribs about getting old and some good laughs, It cranks just fine...

I'm installing an A/F gauge and I can get a pair of 4 wire O2 sensors for $20 from a friend. How would I go about wiring up the "heater circuit" part of the sensor. Can I just run it to a Ign switched 12 volts, or is there more to it
