    G body complete brake kits?

dwkohout actually has the setup on his A-Body rear-equipped Cutlass. Look for his picture in the thread: http://www.maliburacing.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=38400 I think you'd need the bracket for the caliper hose on down, plus the brackets for the caliper itself. Some pics from his CarDomain...

It's the infamous "Debug" error I'm sure. Did you keep trying to post when it gave you that error? The message still posts even though you get that error. Just click back and preview your message, you should see that it posted anyway. That sucks it has all that wear :? Is that a general...

    Aftermarket harnesses?

There are companies that make harnesses to swap an LS+trans. Painless is the first that comes to mind, but I have seen others.

Well, hopefully anybody that orders something online triple checks to make sure they're ordering what they think they're ordering. If they don't, and wind up getting what they ordered from the site as opposed to what they wanted, it's on them :P

I see. I already had the compressor, reason I used it. I probably would've used string and gone a few inches shorter on the length if trying to find a correct sized belt, but I'd imagine they had the specific application for that setup, though you're using the idler instead of a compressor.

    Alternator question....

Some good info on the site, only thing is it doesn't list the wiring color and I don't have the connectors or alternator in front of me. It does appear after some searching there isn't really any major difference besides the fan being inside the case. Guess I have some more lookin' to do :P

The bracket setup I have has the same (or similar) idler, I pulled one with one of those because I don't know how long it will be before (or if) I run A/C with the Gen I motor. My current setup is using a junk compressor as an idler, and I could probably put that idler on, that is if it also...

And find a new place to mount those gauges  ;) Actually that's a purty good idea, I may very well do that whenever it comes time for my new motor :) Got a spare tach & gauges & e'ything :D Is that the S-Series truck serpentine setup? I picked one up recently and was kinda curious on the...

Re: Hey Rdub I believe that could be a stock water neck, I think the one mine originally had had 2 outlets on it, but I'd switched to a chrome one.

    Which would you do?

That's why I've always been afraid of the cost of running one, there's that fabrication variable...

    Turbo or Supercharger?

BACK on topic... I think a s/c would be good for noise and tire roasting fun, but I think a turbo would be slightly more docile, and could probably make more power in the top end.

All I have to say is HOLY CRAP!

I understand the monetary reason, I just wish more 'American' companies had all their parts U.S.-made. It's a bummer, but it's also business :?

Why they wouldn't send an American escapes me :(

    Which would you do?

I do agree, I think the black Whipple looks plain evil on an LS series motor. It's what I have in mind for if/when I ever swap in an LS motor. Or... You could always go with an SS Autochrome kit :roflback::roflback::roflback:

    Turbo or Supercharger?

If I spend a 'lil' change, it would be on something I wasn't worried about blowing chunks down my carburetor. I would put Supe's, Bigtime's, basketcase's, and Jackstand's recommendations head over heels above yours, primarily because they've proven they know what they're talking about. You...
