Boys, Ive actually been workin on my Bu the last few weekends, i wiped out a cam the last time i drove the car late October of '08, it sat ..grew mold
but i had been gatherin parts, replaced the cam put on a set of nice 781 heads and got it running again. The alum rad and water pump are new, i deleted the heater box(for now) as well..
now i can go park it till spring :roll: .. oh well on to the next project

I'd prefer PCV over a regular breather... if there's a chance you have any blowby, it tends to try to push any oily air floating in the crankcase out those breathers, and then you have an oily engine :p The breather I have on one side has a rubber line venting somewhere besides on top of the valve cover :mrgreen: I had it run to a vacuum port on the intake, but it was causing idle issues (too much air getting into the intake).

thats because that breather is not a pcv its just a breather. that hose is meant to go into the air cleaner not to vacuum.
