Our arms save about 30 lbs. and move very free, but the main thing is the safety aspect of being able to run 6 - 7 degrees of positive caster. Really, the positive caster won't ever hurt regardless of how fast your car is... but if you're running under 120 mph on the top end, you won't really notice it. Anything 120 and over, you'll notice and want the extra caster.
