Is it one lines up, then the other does not?




Anyway, I swapped a 3.42 gear and open carrier into my beater '83 Regal (with Buick 350/TH350) in place of the stock 2.41's. I had picked up a posi carrier with a 3.23 ring gear on it, but the carrier was shorter, and, I didn't have a ring gear spacer...

Now, to tune the Edelbrock carb...freaking surging and dead spot. New lines, new filter, new stock mechanical fuel pump. Tried all the combinations of jets and rods for the electric choke carbs...ordering the manual choke kit....probably gonna' have to set the lash/pre-load on the push rods a little tighter, getting a lifter tick on start up after she sits a while.

Gotta' play Regal, to play G-body, until the 454 for the cheap Malibu project is done at the machine shop!!?!

What coil springs should I put in it? Its sagging pretty bad...442 or Monte SS or GN or ??? The 350 Buick V8 is not much (40 or 60 pounds heavier than the 3.8 V6).

Swapped an open 2.41 rear end with a 3.08 posi.

Also registered and tagged the car.

Where the ashtray used to be (now a three gauge pod) there was alight that was ungodly bright at night.....well $15 at autozone I had some blue leds wired in....

And then went to the bar after that washed theb bu

changed the rear shocks on the elky and adjusted the carb on the malibu...still not running right might need to rebuild it.
