Welded 8 washers to the frame. Gotta trim a few where they're sticking out and finish welding, then it's time for either bending brake/fuel lines or paint!

Finally got around to painting my Glassteck hood. I was pleasently suprised on the finish, 3 coats of filler primer and it blocked out nice and flat.

Finally had a chance to look at the proportioning valve on my car, sure enough it's tripped and won't go back in. Just ordered a new one but I'll probably miss a local show this coming weekend. :(

Probably not around the washers, I boogered a couple of them some and may grind those a little.

The patch I made on the frame is another story...

The underside isn't too bad which really surprised me... the sides kept burning through and I'm still trying to get the hang of judging wire speed/voltage (current?). Part of the reason it's so messy is I was trying to lay down a couple beads so I would have something to weld to, that area has several different curves so it wasn't the easiest for me just starting out.

did you get a pic with the cops???? were they forgiving??

i finished mounting the seats with the brackets CHOP57 made for me. he's an awesome welder, and i can't wait to help him do the cage on his Nova. also tossed in my new harness, good for another 2 years! now i just need to move the shifter back, and build something to move the switches back. my carpet is butchered from all the changes i'v made, so i may invest in a new rug. seeing as how i planned to do this, im waiting to paint the seat brackets.

i still have to swap out the 800 for an 850. hopefully that plus the larger jets on the plate will be enough to knock me into the 10's

as for the wagon, i'll update the build thread.
